Bought the shark 3 mini sup pump and unfortunately part of the screen wasn't working (pumping still going strong). Contacted customer service and they were amazingly efficient to sort me out a replacement. Responses were fast and clear and they seemed like they genuinely wanted the best experience for the customer. The pump is very very good. You get the usual noise from a pump of this kind however due to the speed (6mins for a 12’8 board to 19psi) you don't have to lisen for anywhere near as long as competitors on the market. Is a solid design, useful features and easy to use all in a relatively small package. Just have to wait and see if it stands the test of time.
