These are the rules for using The Code Planet. We have kept them short and in plain language. By using the site, you agree to them.

What the site is

The Code Planet lists coupon and discount codes for online stores, together with information about those stores and buying guides for what they sell. We are not a store. We do not sell products, take payments, process orders or handle deliveries, refunds or returns.

Need help with an order? Please contact the store you bought from. Only the store can see your order, and only the store can change it.

Codes are not guaranteed

Codes are set by the stores, and a store can change or end a code at any time without telling us. We work hard to keep the site accurate, and we show honestly whether and when our team checked each code, as explained in how we check codes. Even so, we cannot promise that any code will work for your order, and the store’s own terms always decide whether a discount applies.

Information is for guidance

Store facts, prices and guides are provided to help you decide, in good faith and as accurately as we can. Stores change prices, products and policies often, so check the store’s own page before you buy. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

Other websites

Links to stores and other websites are there for your convenience. Those sites are run by other people, under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, products or services. How links to stores may earn us money is explained in our affiliate disclosure.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• copy the site’s content in bulk, or scrape it with automated tools;
• submit false reports about codes, or try to change a code’s reader count;
• send spam or abusive messages through the contact form;
• try to disrupt, overload or break into the site.

Store names, logos and product images belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the store or product. Their use does not mean the store endorses us. The rest of the site’s content, including our guides, design and text, belongs to The Code Planet.

Our responsibility

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from using the site or relying on its content, including a code that does not work. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
