The delivery process is scary at first because the provider (Fnirsi)gives little information about the shipping state. But I received my unit (IPS3608) 11 days after ordering. The unit seems to work properly. I ran tests on different electronic components, with success. We'll see how well it does over time. I'm satisfied for the moment.

I have purchased three items so far (the DSO-TC3 Oscilloscope, the LPM-10A multifunction network tester and the HRM-10 battery tester). All items arrived direct from the manufacturer (via the Shop app) and arrived within the promised window. The testers all feel well made, work as expected and in my opinion, are exceptionally good value for money. I’ve not had any cause to contact support so can’t comment on that aspect but I would happily purchase from them again.
