Superior Product
In the past I have relied on PVC incontinence products and whilst they have been very effective, they are, in most cases noisy and sweaty and can also cause soreness at both waist and thigh. Then I found Carer products, made basically from coated nylon. I have found them to be exceptional in every way. they are extremely comfortable, cause no soreness, and being made to be waterproof, are unsurprisingly not completely silent, but more that acceptable, so all in all and much superior product to PVC. Also in my case I have found Carer themselves to be quite frankly the most helpful Company who have gone out if their way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. OK they are not the cheapest out there, but if you want a quality product from a quality Manufacturer, don't hesitate to give them a try - they will even give you a trial item to see if they are for you. I would add that best to go up a size from your usual. This makes room for any pad etc, but in my experience also help the pants breathability. If they fit too snug they can get a bit sweaty
