It lists made in the USA and patented. It names construction, cargo hauling, outdoor adventures, emergencies and daily tasks as uses.

The maker’s page puts the weight of a large canister with a full cartridge at 15.3 oz, while RakAdx lists 14.5 oz. The two listings may describe slightly different configurations, and neither says why the figures differ, so treat the weight as roughly 14 to 15 oz and not a precise number. The maker’s refill listings describe cartridges of 120 feet, which means the cord is replaceable when the first one is used up.

Colors

RakAdx lists two colors for this canister: orange and OD green. The maker sells a wider set of rope colors, but those are on its own store, not on the RakAdx page.
