What Is RakAdx’s Return and Exchange Policy?
RakAdx offers a 365 day exchange on its products, but its own pages disagree on refunds: the refund policy page promises a full refund for 365 days, while the Give a Buck Guarantee page says 21 days for refunds and 30 days for store credit, with sale items exempt.

What the refund policy page says
RakAdx’s refund policy page sets out two promises:
- 365 day full refund: products that are unworn, unaltered and in sellable condition qualify for a full refund for 365 days from the purchase date. You request a prepaid shipping label by email with your order number, name and email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method and, the page says, take 5 to 10 business days or sooner depending on your bank.
- 365 day exchange: if you ordered the wrong size or color, or changed your mind, you can exchange for 365 days. The page also points you to a returns portal to start a return.
What the Give a Buck Guarantee page says
RakAdx’s Give a Buck Guarantee page sets out shorter windows:
- 365 days for exchanges.
- 30 days for credits toward another product.
- 21 days for full refunds on unworn, unaltered, sellable items.
- Sale items are exempt.
It says that once RakAdx receives an item for exchange, it ships the new item to you for free. A separate “We Give a Buck” page covers apparel: if you are not satisfied, you can send it back and RakAdx will send a new item of equal or lesser value for free. That page asks you to include your name, email, shipping address, order number, the item and the reason for the exchange.
What this means for you
- Exchanges are the safe bet. Every page we read agrees on a 365 day exchange.
- Refunds are less clear. If you might want your money back, ask RakAdx support by email which window applies to your order, and keep the reply.
- Sale and clearance items may be excluded. Check whether the listing carries “Clearance” in the title before you buy if returnability matters.
- Keep items unworn. Both pages tie refunds to unworn, unaltered, sellable condition.
Get the tee size right the first time
RakAdx publishes a size chart for its unisex retail fit tees, the retail fit named on its shirt listings. It gives body length and chest width laid flat. The chart does not print a unit, but the numbers read as inches:
- XS: 27 long, 16 1/2 chest
- S: 28 long, 18 chest
- M: 29 long, 20 chest
- L: 30 long, 22 chest
- XL: 31 long, 24 chest
- 2XL: 32 long, 26 chest
- 3XL: 33 long, 28 chest
- 4XL: 34 long, 30 chest
- 5XL: 35 long, 32 chest
The easy way to use it: lay a tee you like flat, measure across the chest just below the sleeves and from the top of the shoulder to the hem, and pick the closest row. Larger sizes on listings such as the blaze orange soft tee, carry a small upcharge. Hats follow their own size ranges; the Eastwood Black Flex Hat lists S/M, L/XL and XL/XXL with head sizes on the page.
Shipping and lost parcels
RakAdx’s shipping policy says all orders ship with USPS, and that orders placed Monday to Friday by 10 AM MST generally ship the same day. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, RakAdx asks you to wait at least 7 days and contact the carrier. For orders under $100, it says it ships a replacement after 7 days; for orders over $100, it waits the full 15 days to file a claim with USPS.
