Brenda and the customer service team, took the time to understand the issue that I had with the website, reached out to the IT department to find the template I utilized to communicate with them, helped me navigate the options to chat with a company’s representative and most importantly, they offered a full refund for the item I purchased even If I had received it. Not only that, they also followed up with me to make sure I got the refund back to my credit card. I honestly regret my previous review because ESRTech went the extra mile so that I could be satisfied with their services. Fantastic customer service after an initial issue
Update to this review. ESR’s customer service has been exemplary in dealing with this. I’ve updated my review as a result, thank you to your customer service team for resolving this over the weekend. The case looks good but 2 days post order/payment, ESR sent a note saying the order had to be fulfilled from another country which would cause a 7-15 day delay. That wasn’t stated when the order was placed and payment taken. If I’d known that I wouldn’t have placed the order, have requested a cancellation.
Great customer service
I had to contact the customer service several times. I bought a purple keyboard case for my Ipad and it first took a while to deliver so I contacted the team to ask where it was. The customer service was super kind and quickly helped me track the package. When the keyboard case arrived and it started to lose its color and become worn out, I had to contact them again. Judy from the customer service team immediately reponded by offering me a replacement. The customer service really cares about the customers’ experience. They are more than worth contacting.
