I love the products they have! They have such beautiful styles and are good quality. In terms of customer service they responded to me quickly and offered to resolve my issue. When I had gotten my order one of the items were too small. I sent them an email and they responded within 24 hours with multiple resolution options. I was really happy with the rest of my items, they all fit well and looked really good! The courset I got in particular I was really happy with because it had a zipper opening but could be adjusted from the front and the back. I will likely order from them again!

I've ordered from Scarlett Darkness several times. I will order again because they have great products at great prices (when on sale or coupon). My experiences have been overall positive but there are some downsides. I can't remember how many items over the years I ordered were out of stock (several). The customer support is dismal they never notified me of the issues I had to contact them to find out why my orders arrived missing items. Now when I reach out 1st they always emailed me back the next day so that I do appreciate. But, I shouldn't have to reach out 1st. The moment it is realized an item is out of stock the company should immediately send an email with solution choices. A couple times I chose a different item & it was sent out very fast. 1 time I asked for refund. The most recent occurrence I waited for the item to return in stock. If you are cool with placing your order & just forgetting about it until one day it shows up in your mailbox you'll be happy shopping here, but if you need a company to hold your hand through the whole process you'll hate shopping here. You won't get an email with tracking, you won't get updates. I did finally after a few orders realize I can go into my account, go to the order and see if there is a tracking number after each item. IF items are marked with tracking and others aren't inquiring immediately will save you time but probably not problems. The company is out of China so the sizes run different than USA sizing so keep that in mind when choosing your size and look at the measurements and you should be fine. I'm happy 😊 with all the clothes I've purchased and get lots of compliments, the boots tho are so cute but no padding or support lol they're great for sitting so I won't do footwear again, but clothes & accessories heck yeaaa 🥰
