Shipping rules

These details come from the shipping and returns page on the Delta North site, and they can change, so read the current page before you order.

Free USPS Priority Mail on every U.S. order.
No guaranteed delivery times. The store says it does not guarantee delivery times.
Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email once the order ships. It may take up to 24 hours to update after USPS scans the package.
Processing. Orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Most are handed to USPS within 1 business day, but that can vary with order volume, carrier delays or inventory.
U.S. only. The store currently ships only within the United States, with no international shipping.
Louisiana. The store says it cannot ship blue lotus products to Louisiana, where state law restricts them.

Check your address carefully at checkout. The store says it is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.

The store sells one tea, organic blue lotus tea bags, in a 30-bag pack and a 10-bag Discovery Pack, and honey sticks for tea. Delta North describes the tea as an herbal tea, not a medicine. Its page says not to drink it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and to talk with your healthcare provider first if you take prescription medication. The 60-day guarantee

The returns section of the page sets out these terms:

The window. You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
Where you bought. The product must have been purchased directly from the Delta North Tea site.
First orders. Returns are limited to one item per customer for first-time purchases unless the store approves otherwise.
The unused portion. The store may require the unused portion to be shipped back before it issues a refund or replacement.
Return shipping. Shipping fees on returned items are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was the store’s.

Refunds go to the original payment method only. The page says that, depending on your bank or card provider, a refund may take 3 to 7 business days to appear.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

Damaged, incorrect or missing items. Contact the store within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos if applicable. The store says it will ship a replacement or correct the issue promptly.
Package marked delivered but missing. The store says that once USPS marks a package delivered, it is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Contact USPS to file a claim, then contact the store if USPS cannot help.
Delayed packages. Contact USPS first, then the store.
