EDIT: Baleaf reached out to me after I posted this review and refunded the items without the $5 return fees. I changed my review from two to four stars, since I believe they are a trustworthy business who cares about customer satisfaction. =========== I ordered two pairs of pants. One pair had one leg longer than the other, and the other just looked bad on me. I went to return them, and it made me talk with customer service (so they could try to convince me to buy something else) before allowing me to return. Replying to the email did not work as expected, and I had to make an account with them to reply that I still wanted to return the items. To their credit, they responded quickly that my return was accepted. However, they sent me some documents with barcodes, where the instructions in the email conflicted with the instructions in the pdfs. I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I ended up following the instructions in the email, assuming they override the pdf instructions. They are charging me $5 an item to return, even though the one leg longer issue was their fault and I purchased worry-free protection for $2 (I am now realizing this was a third party thing I should not have wasted money on). I will not be ordering from Baleaf again.

Though the excellent quality of the clothes that I ordered from Baleaf were not a good fit for me, I found the return process a bit cumbersome. I would like to commend the company for their excellent communication and customer service in dealing with my issues. I especially want to thank Dhan and Jennilyn for their quick response to my emails and for finding a satisfactory solution . A company I highly recommend.
