I had bought a HappyRun G300 about a year ago and its been fantastic. For the price it reaches speeds comparable to its much higher counterparts (surron) and feels great. Over the years I've experiences some issues but thats from me using it almost everyday. Not too long ago I realized I needed new parts and I contacted support, and it takes a day or two to get a response but they are very helpful responses, for instance they provided me with links to purchase the replacement components directly in the email with a kind message with it. Overall a great company for not being mainstream.

first off the product quality is worth 5 stars, and this is my 2nd purchase from happyrun. However, for the first time I received one part that was not well machined and caused problems with assembly - and this is a reason to give happyrun 6 stars! Why? bc their support team did everything to guide me (sending video from shenzen factory) and ship a replacement part so both providing a solution and holding-hands to make sure I got it right when assembling. So if anyone can ask for a perfect union it's a company with both great product and great service and happyrun is just that - which is why I'm sure this is my 2nd purchase from them but not the last. Way to go happyrun and thank you!
