Because these pages disagree, we read the two stricter pages as the safer guide: expect store credit rather than cash, and only for unopened items within 14 days. If a return matters to you, ask the store in writing before you buy and keep the reply.

Opened skincare and tools

The Return Policy page says the store does not accept returns or issue refunds on anything opened, used or tampered with, citing health, safety and quality reasons.
