EcoViva Osmoseanlage gut
Ich habe eine (Auftisch-)Umkehrosmoseanlage WP-R0-200G. Das Gerät ist soweit i.O. Die Filterpatronen für dieses Gerät sind bei fast allen Anbietern sehr oft nicht erhältlich. Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hersteller (EcoViva) sollte ich eine Rechnung einschicken (warum auch immer). Seitdem nichts mehr gehört. Habe jetzt durch Zufall (nach mehreren Monaten der Suche) eine CF Ersatzkartusche gefunden. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Update vom 07.06.2026: Der Kundenservice hat sich zwischenzeitlich bei mir gemeldet, mit dem Hinweis auf eine Antwortmail, die ich zumindest nicht erhalten habe. Weder im Posteingang, noch im Spam-Ordner. Aktueller Stand: Der Eciviva-Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass aktuell bei Amazon wieder Filter im Produktangebot verfügbar sind.

Ich benutze das Gerät inzwischen mehr als ein halbes Jahr und bin äußerst zufrieden damit! Es gibt keinerlei Anlass für Kritik. Das Gerät macht einfach das was es soll.... und zwar sehr zuverlässig. Das Wasser schmeckt hervorragend. Besonders praktisch ist die Abgabe von vordefinierten Mengen aber auch unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das super Verhältnis von Nutzwasser zu Abwasser, welches in dieser Form nicht bei Mitbewerbern geboten wird. Ich spreche eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus! Da das Wasser in seiner reinsten Form besteht, kann selbst ich damit nun endlich sogar meine Scheiben vom Auto absolut einfach und mega sauber damit putzen!
